How We Flow
Grounding
Each session begins with a gentle check-in, creating space for us to attune to one another. This allows the practice to be thoughtfully tailored to your physical needs and energy levels on that particular day. We then ease into grounding, settling into the body and softening into stillness. Through mindful breathwork, we arrive fully in the present moment — from there, the flow naturally unfolds.
Flow
We begin with soft, intentional movement to gently awaken the body, inviting a sense of space and ease. As warmth builds, the practice naturally evolves into a more dynamic sequence — a mindful progression of poses designed to cultivate strength and endurance, always honoring your unique pace and capacity. The breath becomes our anchor, weaving each posture into a moving meditation.
Mindfulness
We close our practice by returning to stillness in the final resting pose — Savasana — where we surrender, allowing integration to happen naturally. Depending on what’s needed, the closing may include a guided meditation, a gentle breath practice, or simply spacious silence. This is a time to be, to listen inward, and to carry the essence of the practice into your day.
